AI Developer (Voice Agents + Automations)
We ship production client solutions across voice AI agents (LiveKit, SIP, real-time pipelines), automation systems (n8n, CRMs, webhooks, APIs), RAG + tool use, and self-hosted infra (DigitalOcean / GCP, Docker). We need a developer who can take scoped tasks and ship - not just prototype. 10–30 hrs/week, scaling with project load.
Requirements
- Strong practical Python or TypeScript skills (one is fine, both is a plus)
- Hands-on experience with voice agents or real-time systems (LiveKit is ideal)
- Comfortable with self-hosting (Docker, Linux basics, reverse proxy, secrets, domains)
- Solid API integration experience (webhooks, auth, rate limits, retries)
- Familiar with n8n or similar automation platforms
- Can debug from logs and ship fixes fast
Technical Delivery Lead
We run multiple client projects across AI agents, voice systems, n8n automations, and CRM integrations. We need a delivery operator who can own execution across 2–5 client projects so things move without the founder being the bottleneck. 10–25 hrs/week, retainer + performance based.
Requirements
- Shipped real systems (automation / integrations) - can debug, not just manage
- Can run client delivery with minimal oversight and strong async communication
- Organised, direct, and obsessed with reliability
- Can turn messy founder notes into clean execution plans
- Comfortable with n8n, webhooks, API integrations, and basic debugging (logs, payloads, retries)
- Familiar with LiveKit/voice agents and Twilio/SIP concepts (coordination level, not engineering)
